Plots of land and calls for projects

On a regular basis, the Port of Brussels has plots of land at the disposal of companies looking to develop an economic activity in Brussels.

Most of these plots are rented over long periods of time, which explains the small amount of land available for new activities. Generally speaking, the Port of Brussels proceeds to a public call for projects in order to allocate the plots.
